That means managing every stage: design coordination, planning and preparation, procurement, construction and project supervision. We do not produce the drawings ourselves. We brief and coordinate our recommended architects, structural engineers and other specialists and oversee that process from the very start, so you are not left to find, appoint and chase them. One team stays accountable from the first survey to handover. Our principals are members of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) and follow its codes of practice and ethical standards. Where specialist trades are needed, we appoint vetted subcontractors who hold the relevant accreditations themselves, NICEIC or NAPIT for electrical work, Gas Safe for gas, and we coordinate them into the programme.
